We had a fantastic stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The location near the Imperial War Museum was excellent, and the selection at breakfast was impressive—truly a treat. The views from our room were a lovely bonus too.
In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly activities would be great.

I truly appreciated the spacious, well-appointed room featuring large windows offering beautiful city views. The modern décor created a welcoming atmosphere, and the accessibility throughout the hotel made it easy for me to navigate comfortably as a senior.
Quieter rooms needed for better sleep quality.

The room was really nice, showcasing stunning city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Super clean, and I loved the Nespresso machine. The bed was comfy too, which is always a win after a long day. Just wished there was more space to hang towels in the bathroom.

Staff members were amazing, especially Klaudia, providing friendly service with a smile. The room felt spacious and spotless, with beautiful decor. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering plenty of options to choose from. I loved the sky bar, with stunning views at night. I faced a long wait during check-in that delayed my plans. A little improvement in that area would make the experience perfect.

missingWrote a review on Nov 21sky bar viewtea and coffee setuplow tables
The views from the sky bar were absolutely stunning and made it perfect for sipping on cocktails while the sun set behind the London Eye. There’s a lovely little rooftop area to relax in and the room had a great tea and coffee setup for lazy mornings. Just a tiny downside was the low tables in the bar, which made it awkward to eat and drink comfortably. 🍹

missingWrote a review on Nov 18rooftop barmodern decorsmall room
The rooftop bar offers impressive views, and on a sunny day, enjoying drinks and Spanish-style nibbles creates a lovely atmosphere. The modern room decor stands out, matching the vibrant urban setting and providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration.
Check-in was a hassle. The room felt cramped for three guests, and the sliding bathroom door offered limited privacy. Ongoing refurbishment in the lobby caused disruptions, and early check-in wasn’t accommodated despite prior requests, leading to fatigue. the air conditioning struggled, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Not to mention, the breakfast price seems inflated for what’s offered, leaving many opting to eat elsewhere.
